Style: Ming Dynasty Cross Collar (Jiaoling Youren) with Narrow Sleeves.

Garment Type: Zhiduo (直裰) – a traditional straight robe characterized by a cross-collar that wraps to the right (youren). Unlike the Daopao (which has inner side pleats) or the Zhishen (which has outer side pleats), the Zhiduo features open side slits without sewn-in side panels.
